Firstly, David Cameron, former prime minister, resigned post Brexit, due to his countrymen's vote to leave.
Secondly, our own Presidenf Barack Obama is leaving office soon. He's packing his bags, booby-trapping the White House, and collecting all his relics from his home in Nigeria. He is giving up his seat to Business Bigot Donald Trump.
Thirdly, Angela Merkel is running for her 4th term as German Chancellor. Her popularity has been a number that has raised some questions because of her acceptance of immigrants and open borders but she is wavering at 50%.
Fourthly, Francois Hollande has announced he will not be running for re-election. This is an odd occurrence for an incumbent president to not seek re-election but Hollande has had low popularity so it might be nice for the country to voluntarily change leadership.
Lastly, Matteo Renzi, Italy's prime minister will not be re-elected. This is primarily due to the large response of 'no' to his call to reform their constitution. Nearly 60% of voters were not feeling that. He plans to stay in office until their next budget is decided.
Unfortunately, Vladimir Putin wasn't able to attend the world leader get-together. But something tells me he wasn't invited in the first place...
World leaders will be rising in power these next few weeks/months. This will set a whole new tone to foreign relations and the way the world will operate.
